Ben has been working in HR roles for over 10 years.  He hosts an Oracle Cloud HCM user group with over 100 members and is a participant on Oracle’s payroll customer advisory board.  His home life is primarily spent with his beautiful wife and 3 daughters.

Kelly Seiltz, CPA, MBA, CPP is the Payroll Manager for North America at Bemis Company, Inc. based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.  Kelly began her career in January of 2000 and spent over 8 years working in public accounting where she attained her CPA and MBA designations.  Her duties included working directly with individual and corporate clients on tax planning and managing the tax compliance process for large multi-state companies (C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships).  She specialized in benefit plans, sales and use tax, high income individual tax returns, federal income tax and multi-state income tax compliance. 

She started her career at Bemis in 2008 as the Senior Tax Analyst and then was promoted to Tax Supervisor in the Corporate Income Tax Department.  She was instrumental in transitioning the state income tax function from Minneapolis to Wisconsin and establishing the state income and sales/use tax compliance processes. Kelly also managed the international and state income tax compliance process, was responsible for foreign tax credit planning and training tax staff.

In 2017, Kelly was promoted to Payroll Manager for North America. She manages the preparation and execution of Bemis’ hourly and salaried payrolls for North America, which includes 5 tax entities and approximately 8,500 employees within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.  Her responsibilities include leading all Payroll and Payroll HRIS team members, ensuring Bemis locations are compliant with company policies and government regulations, managing vendor relationships and working with various departments within Bemis on special projects.

Crystal is our Director of Membership. She is a Senior Payroll Analyst for CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP).  Her previous role prior to joining CLA was with Schenck as an HCM Implementation Payroll Lead.  In her spare time, she likes to read, enjoys running and spending time with her friends and family.

April Jeanty, CPP, is our 2020 Website Coordinator. She has been a Payroll Analyst II with CLA since January when Schenck team members joined the CLA firm. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending her children’s’ sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica Stollfuss, CPP is the Owner/President at Advanced Payroll Solutions, LLC. Jessica has been in payroll for 13 years and has extensive experience in multi-state payrolls and taxation particularly within the construction and manufacturing industries. In 2015, she earned her CPP certification and is involved at both the local chapter level as well as the national level. Jessica holds Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and is a firm believer in continuing education. In addition to serving on APA boards and committees, she is a volunteer for Junior Achievement, a member of the Catalyst Governance Board for the Ripon Area School District, and coaches Lego League. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and gardening.

Donna Van Landghen is a Payroll and HRIS Administrator at SECURA Insurance.   Her career ironically may have begun right out of high school where she started with a construction and real estate company as a receptionist but actually took the daily timecards, did project time tracking on ledger sheets, and calculated hours for the weekly time cards.  With over 30 years in payroll, she prides herself on helping her fellow associates and ensuring payroll is accurate with 99.85 or better annual accuracy rate.

Donna earned the CPP designation in 2000 at her class in San Antonio where she took the last paper test.  She continues to learn through payroll and HR classes and also holds the Six Sigma Green Belt.

Donna gives back to the community in two ways.  One is through her local motorcycle chapter for veterans, by helping and participating in the annual King Veteran Home ride and the Fehlberg Memorial Veterans’ ride which give funds to the local Honor Flights.  When it relates to veterans, she tries to help when she can. The other volunteer avenue is with NWTC of ranking student scholarship applications for the past several semesters.  This began one year when the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of APA had a scholarship to share.

As a lifelong resident of Neenah, she has been married 38 years to Michael and has one daughter, Jill.  When the summer weekends are sunny and warm, you won’t find her around the house doing chores because the “wind therapy” (motorcycling) has called her.  The wind in her face on the motorcycle or when boating is very refreshing to her.   As with all parents, they are proud of the challenges which have made their head-strong and independent  daughter stronger as a person and the knowledge she is gaining as she reaches her Doctor of Chiropractic with an emphasis in scoliosis care,  graduation is December 2019.   They always cherish visits from their grand pup, Cheddar, when Jill visits from Georgia.

City of Appleton 

Michelle has worked for the City of Appleton now for over 19 years, 18 of them in Payroll.  When she’s not working, she is enjoying time with her dogs!  Spring and summer are her favorite months as she enjoys spending time outside gardening, going to the camper, or sitting around the pool or a campfire with a nice glass of wine!

Stephanie Ernsting, CPP is a Director of HR Shared Services for Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  The HR Shared Services group at Amcor provides services including Payroll, Global Mobility, HR Service Center and Office Services.  She has been with Amcor for four and half years.

Prior to her role at Amcor, Steph held multiple finance and accounting positions at Rockwell Collins, Inc. headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  In her last role at Rockwell Collins, Inc. Stephanie was the Global Process Owner for Payroll in which she oversaw and implemented global payroll systems. 

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, a MBA from the University of Iowa, and has her Certified Public Accountant, Certified Managerial Accountant and Certified Payroll Professional certifications.  She is the Past President of the Northeast Wisconsin American Payroll Association and is a 2017 Education Grant recipient from the American Payroll Association.  In 2018 Stephanie was accepted into the National Speakers Bureau for the American Payroll Association.

On a personal note, Stephanie enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her family.
